GREON AVENUES
We turn your ideas into a practical planting plan. We arrange the design, budget, assessment of grant opportunities and necessary administration. Site preparation is followed by plant supply, professional planting and care in the years ahead.
Who it is for: Towns, councils, landowners and other investors.

Assessing your project
We inspect the location, clarify the purpose of the planting and recommend a suitable approach that considers available space and future maintenance.
Design and grants
We prepare the design and budget, assess suitable funding options and establish the documents needed for the chosen approach.
Complete delivery
We arrange ground preparation, plant supply, professional planting, staking and protection of young trees to suit the project.
Aftercare
We plan inspections, watering, formative pruning and other care. The scope and sequence are agreed when the planting is being designed.
Three specialisms. One coordinated approach.
GREON LANDSCAPE
Landscape restoration starts with assessing the site and the work needed. For ponds, wetlands, vegetated erosion-control measures and other nature-based improvements, we arrange documentation through the relevant specialists. We coordinate the information, administration and delivery stages.
Who it is for: Councils, associations of municipalities, landowners and landscape-project investors.

Site assessment
We assess the land, access, its relationship to the surroundings and the practical options. In sensitive locations, we account for nature-conservation requirements.
Specialist design
With the relevant professionals, we arrange the proposal, project documentation, budget and specialist reports appropriate to the project.
Permissions and grants
We identify the relevant permissions and documents, assess grant programmes and coordinate the agreed administration.
Delivery and aftercare
We coordinate earthworks, planting, completion and aftercare, adapting the method to the terrain and site conditions.
Three specialisms. One coordinated approach.
GREON AFTERCARE
We plan care around the actual condition of the vegetation. We prepare a programme, schedule and budget, assess suitable funding options and arrange professional work. We coordinate the stages of young-tree aftercare and provide regular, clearly documented maintenance for larger grounds.
Who it is for: Councils, towns, schools, homeowners' associations, businesses and estate managers.

Condition checks
We assess planting and public green spaces, identifying the needs of individual trees and the whole site, and setting priorities.
A care plan
We propose the work, timetable and budget. Where relevant, we assess funding opportunities against the particular activity and programme conditions.
Professional delivery
We undertake formative pruning, staking adjustments, protection of young trees and other necessary work within the agreed scope.
Long-term maintenance
One-off work can be followed by regular inspections and maintenance. We document the work and adapt the plan as the vegetation develops.
How we work together
We coordinate the specialists and work on site
We start with your idea, clarifying the location, desired result and site conditions. We then recommend the next steps, required information and scope of our involvement.
You do not have to bring together the designer, grants adviser, landscaping team and maintenance contractor yourself. GREON coordinates their work and the transition from preparation through delivery to aftercare.
Where professionally authorised documentation, specialist surveys or reports are required, we arrange them with the relevant expert.

Design and funding
We assess funding for your particular project
How much can a grant cover — 80%, 90% or 100%?
It depends on the measure. The percentage applies to eligible costs, not automatically to the entire contract price. Programme cost limits and other conditions may apply.
| Type of measure | Support of up to |
|---|---|
| Vegetated landscape features other than establishing ÚSES ecological-network elements | 80% |
| Ponds and wetlands under Specific Objective 1.3 | 90% |
| Establishing ÚSES ecological-network elements, restoring watercourses and removing drainage | 100% |
| Public green spaces; a higher rate where supported by a green-infrastructure system study | 60% / 65% |
| Selected management of protected habitats and species under Specific Objective 1.6 | 100% |

Is grant funding part of every project?
We first assess whether funding is appropriate. The applicant type, location, proposed measure, eligible costs and current programme conditions all matter. Routine maintenance and individual interventions do not automatically qualify. We cannot guarantee an award; the funding provider decides.
Do I need a completed design and permissions?
No. You can approach us with an initial idea. We identify the documents and permissions needed and arrange their preparation within the agreed scope with the relevant professionals. If you already have documentation, we can build on it.
Can a project go ahead without a grant?
Yes. If grant funding is unsuitable or unavailable, we can design and deliver a project funded by the client. We agree the scope, budget and approach together before starting.
We always check the current rules of the relevant programme, such as the official OPŽP applicant rules.
