Wildlife corridors and landscape works to your design

GREON · Care to suit your brief

Planting and landscape work to project documentation

We provide tree and shrub planting, site preparation and aftercare for wildlife corridors and other landscape projects.

Where a project includes ponds, wetlands or embankments, we assess delivery options against the documentation, scope and specialist expertise required. The quote confirms which elements we will undertake.

Send the design and schedule of works. We will agree ground preparation, planting, vegetation protection and any earthworks. Design work is not automatically included in this service.

Service scope

What to know before booking

Ecological planting and landscape work are planned around the project's objectives and site conditions.

When this service can help

  • I have a design for landscape planting.
  • I need planting that connects parts of the landscape.

What we agree beforehand

  • Project objectives, planting and growing conditions.
  • Protection of new vegetation and a follow-up care plan.

The result and follow-up care

New planting needs care suited to the design and site. Watering, checks on protective measures and maintenance of surrounding vegetation should be agreed beforehand.

Planting, water features and other work have different requirements. We define delivery against approved documents and the brief.

Restoring a wildlife corridor on a steep slope

Dense growth restricted access to the slope. As well as clearance, we had to plan where branches could be gathered so machinery could reach the next sections. The result is a functioning wildlife corridor again.

Questions before booking

Frequently asked questions

We have a wildlife-corridor design. What can you deliver?

GREON provides tree and shrub planting, site preparation and aftercare to the design. For ponds, wetlands or embankments, we assess delivery options against the documentation, scope and specialist requirements. The quote confirms the work.

Can you also design the wildlife corridor?

This service is quoted from the supplied design and brief. Design work is not automatically included. Required expertise and responsibilities must be clarified before agreeing the contract.

Can we enquire about a project with a pond, wetland or embankment?

Yes, you can submit it for assessment. We confirm which elements can be delivered according to the design, scope and specialist expertise required; this is not an automatic commitment to deliver every type of water structure in full.

Do you have a completed wildlife-corridor case study?

Yes. We restored a functioning corridor on a steep Natura 2000 site. The photographs show the original vegetation, tracked machinery and gathering of woody material. Project example
