DELIVERY TO YOUR DESIGN
What can a complete landscaping project include?
For developments, we arrange planting, lawns and turf, related groundworks, compacted gravel paths, edging and small outdoor furniture to the brief. Irrigation and extensive green roofs can be included with specialist partners.
We plan site preparation around the future trees, beds and lawns. Planting and the prepared ground beside terraces and paths need completing before turf is laid.

How we coordinated the work around apartment buildings
After clearance and felling, we levelled the areas beside paths and terraces. We planted young trees in the prepared ground and secured them with stakes. Beside fences, we defined beds with steel edging and added gravel strips along paved areas.
We seeded some areas and laid turf beside terraces. During our review of the design, we also flagged that combining two climbing plants beside the wall could increase future maintenance. What we recommended before planting

Specialist systems through trusted partners
A complete project can include irrigation and water-supply arrangements for planting. We coordinate these with a trusted specialist company according to technical feasibility and the design.
Where an extensive green roof is required, we can arrange delivery through a specialist partner. Specialist green-roof installation is not carried out by our in-house team.

We define GREON's work, any specialist partner elements, timing and site conditions, then prepare the quote.
03 Delivery and handover
We complete the agreed planting and associated work. At handover, we confirm the finished areas and scope of subsequent watering and care.
Landscaping costs for residential and commercial developments
Cost depends on the design, quantities, planting specifications, path and edging construction, furniture, site readiness and coordination requirements. Irrigation and green roofs are priced to the scope of the specialist partner's work.

We can arrange and coordinate installation with a specialist supplier. We do not carry out the specialist installation ourselves.
Do you also install edging, gravel paths and outdoor furniture?
Yes. We create compacted gravel paths and install edging and small outdoor furniture according to the design and agreed scope.
Can you deliver a project in stages?
Yes. Planting and finishing can be coordinated with the construction programme and the readiness of each area.
